QUICK SEARCH

  1. Search by Waybill No.

 

 * Waybill numbers are normally shown at the very top or the very bottom of the waybill.

  After confirming correct input, click [OK] . You will be able to see the transportation  status of the cargo.

  In the event that the same AWB number has been allocated to more  than one shipment,a selection screen will appear. By clicking the numbers on the screen, you may identify the cargo for which you are searching from the data displayed.  If the situation is still unclear,please contact the Company.

(1) Login
 * To use this feature, you need first enter your Customer Account No. and Password. 
For further details, please contact the Company.

 Enter Customer Account No. and Password, then click one of the following  [Tracking] [AWB Print] [Report]

Tracking

:

You can view details of cargo categorized by Reference No.,time period, and locations of origin and destination.

AWB Image

:

You can view a representation of the AWB in PDF format.

Report

:

Status Report and Shipment Report can be printed and downloaded

 * An Acrobat reader must be installed for printing out of AWB Image and Report  (but not for downloading). If your PC does not have Acrobat Reader installed,  please download it clicking on the [Acrobat Reader] button on this screen.  (This allows the system to be downloaded free of charge from Adobe System's website.)

 After entry, click [OK].

(2) Tracking

  1 ) Initial Tracking Screen

  Enter Reference No such as Invoice No. or Purchase Order No.  After entry, click the [OK] button to view the Shipment List.  If you wish to amend the entered data, click [RE-ENTER] and resume entry from the start.

                    (AWB Date, On board Date, etc.).

         (e.g. 20010401)


 After completion of entry, click [OK] and a list of shipments matching your specifications will be displayed. If you wish to change the data input, click [RE-ENTER] and start again from the beginning.

  2 ) Shipment List screen

* The AWB image cannot be viewed unless you have installed the Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it using the [Acrobat Reader] button on the Optional Search login screen.

(3) AWB Image
 * This feature cannot be utilized unless you have installed the Acrobat Reader software.  If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it using the [Acrobat Reader]  button on the Optional Search login screen.

  


 Only AWBs of YAS group can be viewed on the screen.
  Please enter YAS, a hyphen, and the 8-digit number and click [OK]. A screen showing the AWB  Image will appear in PDF format. Click "Print" to print out the screen.

(4) Report

  1. ) Initial Report screen

    Select the report you wish to print out or download and click [OK].

    • Status Report : This list shows a history of the shipments that match the specified time periods, origin, and destination.
    • Shipping Report : This list shows the shipments that match the specified time periods, origin and destination, together with basic cargo data and the latest status.This list can be keyed to either AWB No. or Reference No.


  2. ) Status Report

    1. Directions for making Status Report

      • First, select the transport mode.

      • Select a criterion in SELECT DATE column for determining the search period (AWB Date, On board Date, etc.).

      • Please specify time periods in the From and To columns in 8 figures each. (e.g. 20010401)

      • Date (To) may be omitted. In this case, the period covered will extend up to the present date.

      • Specify origin and destination by entering 3-letter codes.

      • You may enter only origin or only destination. In this case, all relevant destinations or origins will be searched.

      • If you have the AWB to hand, it will show the 3-letter codes for the origin and destination in the appropriate columns.

      • If you do not find the origin or destination code, click the [Place] button and select the name from the list that appears.   



    2. Printing or downloading Status Report 

       Directions may be entered for printing out or downloading from this screen.



      • [Image] Click the required status code and then click the [Image] button: the screen will be displayed in PDF format. If you desire a printout, print from the screen after it has been displayed in PDF format.

         * This feature cannot be utilized unless you have installed the Acrobat Reader software. If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed, you can download it from the Optional Search Login screen.

      • [Download]: Click the required status code and then click [Download]. The data will then be downloaded in CSV format.

      • [Register]: In the event that the status code you wish to print/download is identical on each occasion, you may register the status code on the screen.

               Click the status code you wish to register, insert the check marks required, and click [Register].

               When you next access this screen, it will be displayed with the check marks you have chosen.

      • [Show ALL Status Codes]:   By clicking this button, you can display all the status codes, which are not shown on the current screen.   

  3. ) Shipment Report

    1. Directions for printing/downloading the Shipping Report

      • First, select the transport mode.

      • Select a criterion in SELECT DATE column for determining the search period (AWB Date, On board Date, etc.).

      • Please specify time periods in the From and To columns in 8 figures each. (e.g. 20010401)

      • Date (To) may be omitted. In this case, the period covered will extend up to the present date.

      • You can select either a list displayed by AWB or B/L number, or a by reference number. Click the key you wish to use.

      • [Image]: Clicking this button displays the screen in PDF format. To print, first display the screen in PDF format.

      • [Download]: By clicking this button, you can download data in CSV format.
